At Iridescent NYC, we want you to feel as radiant as our collections. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email. Simply print it out and secure it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the garment is folded neatly to avoid damage during transit.
Receive Refund
After our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
